Completely secluded with wide open spaces in a park like setting, Villa Alaia is a luxury split level open plan spa villa for one couple with mountain views from every room. It is also the ideal villa to watch the local wildlife as it is a favourite of one of our resident kangaroo family.

The name Alaia, with its roots in Basque culture where we are from, means “joyful”or “happy”. This name embodies the essence of what the villa aimed to offer our guests – an experience of profound joy, serenity and a blissful escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The Villa has been designed to be in harmony with its surroundings, featuring expansive windows that frame the breathtaking views, natural material that blends seamlessly with the landscape and private gardens that invite guests to immerse themselves in nature. Every details, from the soothing interiors to the serene outdoor spaces are crafted to foster a sense of happiness and contentment.

Key features include a bespoke arched bed head offering a  king size bed, contemporary bathroom with heated floor, heated towel rack, double shower, an handmade and bespoke Travertine stone basin  & vanity, a spa bath for 2 with a beautiful corner window with an endless nature view. The villa has a bespoke fully equipped kitchen with integrated full size fridge and freezer, integrated dishwasher, induction and oven, microwave,  and an espresso coffee machine.

The lower part of the villa offers a cosy lounge with wall mounted smart TV, Foxtel and a beautiful stone cladded fireplace with an Escea fireplace.  The villa has reverse cycle air-conditioning.

There is a gas BBQ and dining setting on the verandah and two sun lounges.
